
Atlanta United 2 vs. Birmingham Legion FC Contest Rescheduled

ATLANTA - The USL Championship announced today the contest between Atlanta United 2 and Birmingham Legion FC that was abandoned prior to completing on June 30 due to heavy rain and lightning in the vicinity of BBVA Field had been rescheduled. The teams will now meet on Wednesday, August 4 with kickoff scheduled for 8 p.m. ET.
Under USL Championship rules, the game will be replayed in full from the opening kickoff.
ATL UTD 2 (3-5-5, 14 points) will be in action against Louisville City FC on July 17 at Lynn Family Stadium (ESPN+, 7:30 p.m. ET).
