Athletic Club Boise News Release
BOISE, ID - Athletic Club Boise today announced a new partnership with Idaho Ford Stores, making the iconic automaker dealerships the Official Auto Partner of Idaho's first professional soccer club. The collaboration brings Idaho Ford Stores' community-minded spirit to Athletic Club Boise's new stadium at Les Bois Park - including the creation of the Ford Family Zone, a welcoming gathering place for fans of all ages.
The Ford Family Zone will be a hub for families on matchdays, featuring family-friendly seating sections, interactive play areas, and community programming - all designed to make game days as fun off the field as they are on it.
"At Ford, we believe in showing up for the communities we're part of," said Jim Sterk, Association Chairman for the Idaho Ford Stores. "Partnering with Athletic Club Boise is about more than putting our name on something - it's about helping create experiences that bring families together and reflect what makes Boise special."
"Our partnership with Ford feels like it was meant to be," said Brad Stith, CEO and Co-founder of Athletic Club Boise. "We're both focused on building things that last - community, putting people first, connection, and hometown pride. The Ford Family Zone will be where a lot of that comes to life."
The privately funded stadium at Les Bois Park - expandable from 7,000 to 11,000+ seats - is expected to host more than 400,000 visitors annually for soccer, concerts, and community events. The Ford Family Zone will stand as a centerpiece of that experience, embodying both organizations' shared commitment to family and local roots.
