
Arthur Fine Joins RiverRats Organization as Team Surgeon

The Pittsburgh RiverRats are pleased to announce that Dr. Arthur Fine, MD FACS has joined the RiverRats as the team surgeon. Dr Fine is a native of New York and has lived in the Pittsburgh area since leaving the air force eighteen years ago.
Dr. Fine was one of the first surgeons in the world to utilize minimally invasive surgical techniques for colon surgery and colon cancer. He also uses these techniques to repair hernias for much faster recovery times. His practice is primarily at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, where he was chief of surgery in the 1990's.
In his spare time, Dr Fine enjoys flying. As a lifelong football fan, he is proud to be the team surgeon of the Pittsburgh RiverRats.
