Armada Host Flyers This Weekend

The Long Beach Armada, currently on a three-game winning streak, host their cross-town rivals--The Orange County Flyers. The "Hated Ones" cruise into Blair Field this Friday, Saturday and Sunday for a matchup of the top two teams in the Golden Baseball League South Division.

The Armada, behind supuerb pitching from starters Dusty Gober, Rik Currier and Jerome Williams, stopped the St. George Roadrunners and sailed away with three more "W''s and moved up from fourth place to second in their division.

Next on their agenda is de-railing the Flyers, and the Crew needs your support. Come on out to Blair Field this weekend and root the Armada to victory!
