Dallas Renegades News Release
ARLINGTON, TX - The Arlington Renegades (0-3) hit the road in week four to take on the Houston Roughnecks (0-3), with both teams in search of their first win in the new UFL. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 PM CT on Sunday, April 21. The game will take place at Rice Stadium and broadcast on FS1, in addition to FOX Sports on SiriusXM. This will be the lone meeting between the two Texas teams this season.
Sunday afternoon's game between Arlington and Houston will be the first meeting all-time between the two franchises. When the USFL and XFL merged to form the UFL in 2024, the USFL's Houston Gamblers took over the name, identity, and branding of the original Houston Roughnecks that had played the 2020 and 2023 seasons in the XFL. The team maintained the Gamblers' coaching staff, player rights, and position in the USFL Conference. This will be the lone meeting between the two Texas teams this season.
