SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Arizona United SC ended its 2015 campaign stealing a road point in a 0-0 draw against Sacramento Republic FC at Bonney Field in Sacramento, Calif. The star of the evening was United goalkeeper Carl Woszczynski, who made six highlight-worthy saves to keep one of the best teams in the country off the scoresheet.

Woszczynski's first big save of the evening came in the 26th minute after Sacramento's Justin Braun made a 360-degree spin to free himself for a shot. Despite being less than 10 yards away, Woszczynski managed to punch the opportunity away.

Denying would-be scorers then became the theme of the evening.

One minute later, a Republic forward had the ball in front of the open goal mouth, only to see Woszczynski race across the line to make the save. In the 41st minute, Woszczynski denied Thomas Stewart one on one. In the 71st minute, Woszczynski denied Stewart again in a one on one showdown. In the 86th minute, Woszczynski stopped a missile off the boot of Nemanja Vukovic.

Woszczynski capped the night by stopping a desperation header in stoppage time, using his entire 6-foot-5 frame, to catch the ball before it snuck underneath the crossbar.

Arizona finishes the season 10-16-2 and ninth place in the Western Conference.
