
Anthony Calvillo named Offensive player of the Week

Montreal, Nov. 16, 2005 - Quarterback Anthony Calvillo has been named Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season after leading the Alouettes to a 30-14 win over the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the Scotiabank East Semifinal.
Calvillo completed 22 of 31 passing attempts for 314 yards and three touchdowns. He found Ben Cahoon, Terry Vaughn and Thyron Anderson in the end zone.
The Alouettes travel to Toronto this Sunday to face the Argonauts in the Scotiabank East Championship. The winner moves on to Vancouver for the 93rd Grey Cup against either the B.C. Lions or Edmonton Eskimos.
