Americans Win Back to Back CHL Awards

Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans of the Central Hockey League announced today that Goaltender Aaron Dell has been named the Oakley Goalie of the week, for the period ending March 3rd 2013.
Aaron Dell has given up just three goals in his last four starts, including two shutouts to lead the Americans to four straight home wins. Dell has the best goals against average in the league at 2.18, and save percentage at .924
The rookie netminder has a record of 18-6-6 for Allen and recently became the all-time team leader in shutouts with three.
This marks the second time the rookie has won the Goalie of the Week award in the Central Hockey League, winning back in mid-December.
The honor comes just a day after Americans long-time forward Jarret Lukin, won the Player of the Week award in the league.
