American Hockey League Announces Suspension

AMERICAN HOCKEY LEAGUE ANNOUNCES SUSPENSION

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced that Syracuse Crunch forward Alex Gallant has been suspended for four (4) games as a consequence of a charging incident in a game vs. Rochester on Nov. 22.

Gallant was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline).

He will miss Syracuse's games tonight (Nov. 24) vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Saturday (Nov. 25) at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Wednesday (Nov. 29) at Toronto and Dec. 1 vs. Laval.
