Laredo 4, El Paso 3

The Laredo Lemurs scored two runs in the seventh inning and two more in the ninth to rally from a 3-0 deficit and earn a 4-3 walkoff win over the El Paso Diablos. The win by the Lemurs is their 10th straight and they increase their lead in the South Division to two and a half games over Grand Prairie. Catcher Brian Peterson had a terrific game at the plate for Laredo going 2-for-3 with a double, two runs scored and a RBI. Lemurs 2B Anthony Scelfo chipped in with a 1-for-3 night and drove in two runs. Laredo reliever Leonard Giammanco notched his fourth win of the season after tossing a 1-2-3 ninth inning.

Amarillo 5, Grand Prairie 4

Amarillo completed a three-game sweep of Grand Prairie as the Sox scored four runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to overcome a 4-1 deficit and win by the score of 5-4. Catcher Patrick Arlis had a two-hit game for Amarillo along with a run scored and two RBI. Amarillo 2B Adam Buschini also had two hits with a run scored and a RBI while SS Garrett Rau scored two runs in a 1-for-4 game. Amarillo reliever Chase Johnson collected the win after tossing 2/3 of an inning giving up an earned run on two hits. The victory by Johnson was his fifth of the season.

Sioux City 2, Sioux Falls 1

A terrific pitching performance by starting pitcher Jason Jarvis leads the Sioux City Explorers to a 2-1 win over the Sioux Falls Pheasants. Jarvis tossed a complete game allowing only an earned run on five hits with two walks and seven strikeouts. The win by Jarvis is his seventh of the season. Sioux City C Adrian Martinez had two hits in the game while SS Brian Bistagne and CF Yusuke Inoguchi each scored a run. For Sioux Falls in defeat, 2B Joe Anthonsen had two hits and scored the team's lone run.
