San Angelo Saints News Release
San AngeloâThe San Angelo Saints are excited to announce the signing of CHL All-Star Goaltender Scott Reid. The 6-4 powerhouse re-joins the Saints after helping his team win the Southwest Division Title and earning the Saints Most Valuable Player award. The Grande Prairie, Alberta native not only earned local titles, but received top honors from the CHL. Earlier this spring he was awarded the Scott Brower Award for being the Most Outstanding Goaltender in the Central Hockey League.
"We are very excited to have him back," says Ray Edwards, Head Coach for the San Angelo Saints. "He brings a lot of strength to the ice and we can build next season's team around him." After recording 32 wins and six shutouts in the 2003-2004 season, Reid will prove to be a vital part of the San Angelo Saints roster.
