Albany FireWolves Partner with ABC Sports & Fitness

ALBANY, NEW YORK - The Albany FireWolves, the Capital Region's Indoor Lacrosse team playing out of the Times Union Center beginning in December, today announce that ABC Sports & Fitness will be the official gym of the team throughout its inaugural season.

Located in Latham, New York, ABC Sports & Fitness is a locally owned and operated club featuring many amenities such as the Albany Barbell Club free weight area, cardio equipment, indoor turf, boxing, group fitness classes and rooms, a fully stocked supplement shop, and much more. "This partnership suits all of our fitness needs for both our players on the field and our dance team serving also as our brand ambassadors. The facility, serving not only as a gym to keep our entire team in shape, but also as our studio for our dance team practices really helps us run an efficient program. They have some of the best equipment and studios in the Capital Region and their staff has been so welcoming to us as we onboard our team. ABC Sports & Fitness will also be the practice facility for the FireWolves Dance Team throughout the season. The Dance Team was chosen this past weekend at an event held at the Albany Capital Center and beginning this week, a two-week bootcamp will be held, led Head Choreographer, Megan Grabowski. The team will be announced on Thursday, June 24.

"As the Head Coach and Choreographer for the FireWolves Dance Team, I could not be more excited to have ABC Sports & Fitness as our partnered gym and home base for our team practices," said Grabowski. "After getting to know Matt and the rest of the ABC Sports & Fitness team, it's clear that community is important to both organizations, so this will be an outstanding partnership!"
