Albany, NY: The Albany Empire announced today that the team has signed Defensive Back/Wide Receiver, Brian Foy for the 2023 National Arena League season. Foy most recently played in the National Arena League in 2022 for the Orlando Predators. Foy appeared in six games for the Predators in 2022 in which he recorded one receiving touchdown, one interception and seven tackles.
