If you love to dance, love to cheer and most of all, love the Alaska Wild, start warming up and getting ready for the Alaska Wild Cheerleader Tryouts. This is the last Cheerleader Tryout before the Alaska Wild 2008 season begins!

WHEN: Registration starts at 9a.m. and the Tryout runs from 10a.m. to 3p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5

The Alaska Wild is part of the Intense Football League (IFL). Founded in 2003, the IFL consists of a record nine professional indoor football teams, three of which are located outside of Texas, the Louisiana Swashbucklers of Lake Charles, the Alaska Wild of Anchorage, Alaska and the recently added Fairbanks Grizzlies of Fairbanks, Alaska. Texas teams include the CenTex Barracudas of Belton, Corpus Christi Hammerheads, Odessa Roughnecks, San Angelo Stampede Express, Katy Ruff Riders, and Frisco Thunder.
