AirHogs Release Broadcast Schedule

Grand Prairie AirHogs News Release


Grand Prairie, Texas - The Grand Prairie AirHogs of the American Association of Professional Baseball will have their games broadcast through a variety of avenues for the 2008 season. Twenty-seven games will be telecast locally on Time Warner Cable, while every game will be available online through a partnership with All In Broadcasting.

Time Warner Cable will air televised broadcasts at QuikTrip Park at Grand Prairie for 16 games, while also filming 11 games at LaGrave Field in Fort Worth. All games are tape delayed and will be broadcast locally on Time Warner the next day. In addition, each game with have a video on demand feature, available for 30 days.

Each of the AirHogs 96 regular season games will be broadcast live over the internet through allinbroadcasting.com. Fans will be able to access the games for free through a link on the AirHog's website. Media Relations Manager Alan Barr will provide the play-by-play duties.

Fans will also have the opportunity to hear the broadcast through the telephone. The AirHogs are working together with Teamline Direct to allow fans to hear the internet audio feed through a phone connection. There will be a $5 charge to access games this way. A link with information on accessing the games over the telephone will be available on the AirHog's website.

The Grand Prairie AirHogs' inaugural American Association baseball season starts on May 8, 2008. The home opener will take place on Friday, May 16, against the Wichita Wingnuts at QuikTrip Park at Grand Prairie, located next to Lone Star Park.
