Toronto Lynx News Release

The Toronto Lynx Soccer Club, in partnership with the AIR MILES® Reward Program, is pleased to announce the launch of AIR MILES "Way to Play" Soccer for the 2006 season. AIR MILES "Way to Play" Soccer will present five dynamic soccer days throughout the GTA featuring the Lynx and Lady Lynx players, coaching staff and events team.

"We have found over the years that many Youth Soccer Clubs really appreciate having our Lynx and Lady Lynx players interact and mentor the growing number of young players in their communities," says Chief Operating Officer, Nicole Hartrell. "It is only through the generous support of the AIR MILES Reward Program and the enthusiastic reception of the soccer communities that are hosting these events, that we are able to bring out our teams to various areas of the GTA and enhance the growth of the game."

AIR MILES "Way to Play" Soccer brings the Lynx and Lady Lynx players to communities across Toronto, providing soccer scrimmages, soccer clinics, soccer skills contests, and exhibition matches - all delivered by the Lynx and Lady Lynx players and coaching staff. The day's activities will also include a Meet-and-Greet with Lynx/Lady Lynx players, autograph/photo sessions, barbecues, an appearance by team mascot Lynxster, performances by the Lynx dance team and more.
