Division champions Chicago and Rochester moved to the brink of series victories on Sunday... The Wolves got a Steve Maltais power-play goal, his 33rd career Calder Cup Playoff goal, with 4:22 left in regulation and held on for a 2-1 win over Houston in Game 4 at the Toyota Center... Jiri Novotny scored twice in the third period as the Amerks erased a two-goal deficit and beat Hamilton, 4-3, for a 3-0 series lead... Also on Sunday, Hartford moved ahead of Lowell, two games to one, as Steve Valiquette made 32 saves in a 4-1 win.

Providence heads home for Game 3 tonight (7:05 ET) after earning a split in Manchester... The Monarchs scored twice in the third period for a 4-2 win on Saturday, snapping a seven-game home losing streak during the postseason... The Bruins' Pat Leahy matched his regular-season total with a goal in Game 2, and leads all scorers with three points in the series... After being blanked in Game 1, Mike Cammalleri had a goal and an assist for Manchester on Saturday.

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton looks for a little home-ice magic tonight, down 0-2 to Binghamton heading into Game 3 (7:05 ET)... Kris Beech tallied 43 of his 62 points and Michel Ouellet scored 24 of his 31 goals this season at the Wachovia Arena... Ray Emery has stopped 62 of 66 shots in the series (.939), and is now 12-0-2 in his last 14 decisions for Binghamton... The Senators have won nine straight meetings with Wilkes-Barre since a 2-0 loss on Oct. 31.

Following 3-1 and 3-0 wins at home, Philadelphia travels to Scope for Game 3 against Norfolk tonight (7:30 ET)... Antero Niittymaki is now 6-2 (1.11, .957) in eight career playoff starts vs. the Admirals... Five of the Phantoms' six goals in the series have been scored in the second period... Six different players have scored for Philadelphia, while Dennis Seidenberg and Patrick Sharp have registered three assists each.

With the series even at 1-1, St. John's and Manitoba are in Winnipeg for the MTS Centre's postseason debut in Game 3 tonight (8:30 ET)... The teams combined for 148 penalty minutes in the Leafs' 6-1 win in Game 2 on Friday... Kyle Wellwood has four points in the series and 23 points in 10 meetings with the Moose this year... Danny Groulx had the only Moose goal in Game 2; three of his four goals this season have come against the Maple Leafs.

After needing overtime to decide both Games 2 and 3, Milwaukee and Cincinnati go back at it in Game 4 tonight at the Bradley Center (8:00 ET)... Joel Stepp got the winner in Game 2, but took a penalty that set up Simon Gamache's power-play winner in Game 3... Admirals rookie defenseman Ryan Suter leads the league with five assists and six points in the postseason... Joffrey Lupul has two goals and two assists to lead the Mighty Ducks.
