Los Angeles Aftershock News Release

Los Angeles, CA. Shawn Blattenberger, President of the ABASPL ABA Los Angeles Aftershock today announced that the team has scheduled its final tryout camp for October 1st and 2nd at Los Angeles Southwest College (1600 West Imperial Highway, Los Angeles) from 8am-4pm. According to Blattenberger, "The ABA Summer Pro League showed us where we need to improve." "We also know that the divisional teams are going to be very strong - so we're looking for good athletes - for a fast-paced, high scoring offense."

Blattenberger added, "LA is the number one market in the country. Fans here want and expect the best. That's our goal this season - the best and no less. The talent's here; we just have to find them and mold them into a great team." The Aftershock will begin announcing player signings from the Summer Pro League Champions roster on Monday. The players from the tryout camp will go to veterans camp with players from that roster.

Registration forms and information can be found on their web site at www.laaftershock.com. The fee is $100 for the two day camp in advance, $125 on the day of the camp. One day players will be evaluated on their one day performance. For more camp information, call (714) 470-1122 or by E-mail at info@laaftershock.com.
