Ten weeks have come and gone in this 2005 arenafootball2 season, and the quest for postseason play has begun in earnest. Let's take a look at the week that was: Week 10.

BLIZZARD LOSE SECOND STRAIGHT GAME: After winning six of its first seven games, the Green Bay Blizzard have now lost back-to-back games, the latest a 38-24 loss to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pioneers last Friday at home. As for the Pioneers, they ended a two-game skid of their own, thanks to 11 total tackles by Thomie Venisee. With the win, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton now trails Green Bay by one game for second place in the East Division.

YARD DAWGZ DOWN DORADOS: The Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz put a stop to the Rio Grande Valley Dorados four game win streak with an easy 59-35 win at home last Saturday. The Yard Dawgz forced seven RGV turnovers in winning their third straight game. Jeromy Flowers was the defensive hero for Oklahoma City, recording six tackles, recovering a fumble, and intercepting two passes.

STEAMWHEELERS PUT OUT FIRE: The Quad City Steamwheelers stunned the Louisville Fire 47-41 to snap a four-game losing streak Saturday. Quarterback Sam Clemons, who completed 22-of-35 pass attempts for 197 yards and three touchdowns, led Quad City to victory. Clemons also used his legs to lead the Steamwheelers to the win, as he rushed for five yards and one touchdown.

TALONS TAME COYOTES: The Tulsa Talons won a 54-53 thriller over the Central Valley Coyotes in a battle for first place in the West Division Saturday night. The Coyotes overcame a 34-10 deficit to lead 38-34. But the Talons rallied to win in the game's final seconds when Robert Reed caught a 21-yard pass as time expired, followed by a two-point conversion pass from Josh Blankenship to Donovan Morgan. With the win, Tulsa (7-2) now enjoys a two-game lead over Central Valley and Rio Grande Valley in the West Division.

DRIVE TO THE PLAYOFFS: Here's how the playoff picture would look if the regular season ended this week.
