Aeros announce road playoff games to be aired at The Maple Leaf Pub

HOUSTON, Texas - The Houston Aeros are set to begin their 2009 Calder Cup Playoff run presented by The Maple Leaf Pub who will show all Aeros road games throughout the team's quest for the Cup. Game 1 of the West Division Semifinals tonight as the Aeros take on the Peoria Rivermen at Carver Arena. All fans are encouraged to head to The Maple Leaf Pub to watch the first of the seven-game series starting tonight at 7:00 p.m.

In conjunction with AHL Live, the games will be aired on a projection screen for all fans to see at The Maple Leaf Pub. The hockey themed pub - located at 514 Elgin St just south of downtown Houston - will have drink specials throughout each of the aired Aeros games. Game 2 at Peoria is slated for Friday night at 7:00 p.m. and, if necessary, Games 6 and 7 at Peoria will also be aired. Game 6 is scheduled for April 25 and Game 7 will be played on April 27, both at 7:00 p.m.

The Aeros will host Games 3, 4 and, if necessary, Game 5 at Toyota Center with exact dates and to be determined. Tickets for Games 3 and 4 are available by calling (866) GO-AEROS and by visiting the Toyota Center Box Office, select Randall's locations or AEROS.com. Playoff series ticket packages are discounted and only available through the Aeros front office at (713) 974-PUCK.
