Admirals get Three More from Predators

Nashville, Tenn.- Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has reassigned forwards Mike Santorelli and Andreas Thuresson, as well as defenseman Cody Franson to the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League. All three players suited up for the Admirals last season.

Franson was named to the AHL's All-Rookie team after leading first-year blueliners in goals (11), assists (25) and points (36), while Santorelli paced Admiral rookies with 21 goals and 21 assists for 42 points and was one of four players on the Milwaukee roster to play in all 80 regular season games. Thuresson finished his inaugural AHL season with 18 points (11g-7a) in 77 games.

The Admirals will kick off their 10-day training camp with physicals and practice on Tuesday, September 30th. Second-year head coach Lane Lambert will lead the team on the ice at 5:45 pm at the Kern Center on the campus of the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Milwaukee will open the regular season with three road games before commencing the home portion of their schedule on Saturday, October 18th at 7:30 pm against the Rockford IceHogs at the Bradley Center. Fans can purchase tickets by calling (414) 276-4545 or online at www.milwaukeeadmirals.com.
