LAS VEGAS, NV - The Aces welcome one of the hottest teams in the WNBA to the Mandalay Bay Events Center Friday evening, as Las Vegas and Chicago tip at 7:30 pm PT on the CBS Sports Network.

The Sky have won six of their last seven games, and the one loss in the stretch was a six-point defeat at front-running Connecticut. At 13-9, Chicago has climbed to fifth place in the standings, three games behind the Sun, and a-game-and-a-half back of Las Vegas.

The Aces played the final two quarters of their suspended game against Washington on Monday. The Mystics held on to their double digit lead, dropping Las Vegas to third place in the standings. Despite that defeat, the Aces have still won seven of their last eight home games and 13 of their last 18 overall.

Las Vegas has been without A'ja Wilson for the last five games (ankle), but posted a 4-1 record during that span. Kayla McBride is averaging 15.6 points per game while making 5.19 percent of her shots from three-point range during that span. Dearica Hamby (14.6 points, 9.0 rebounds) and Liz Cambage (13.0 ppg, 9.0 rpg) have each averaged nearly a double-double in Wilson's absence.

Defensively during that stretch, the Aces are holding opponents to 67.2 points per game, and 38.3 percent from the field.

Chicago's Allie Quigley is among the league's top offensive performers, averaging 13.8 points per game, while leading the league with an effective field goal percentage of 63.8 percent. Courtney Vandersloot continues to be the best point guard in the league, averaging 8.6 assists per game, and threatening to break her own WNBA records for assists and assist percentage.

Diamond DeShields leads the Sky in scoring at 14.8 points per game, but she is making just 37.3 percent of her shots from the field, and 31.4 percent from beyond the arc.

Chicago averages the second most points per game in the league (81.7) and has the second best field goal percentage in the W (.446). Defensively, the Sky hold opponents to 41.1 percent shooting from the field, which is the third lowest mark in the WNBA.

Las Vegas has won three straight against Chicago, including a 90-82 home win back on July 2 of this year.
