Aces Promotional Dance Team Tryouts

The Brooklyn Aces of the EPHL will be holding Open Auditions on Saturday September 20th for its 2008-2009 Promotional Dance Team.
The Aces Promotional Dance Team is currently looking for eight girls, age 18 and up, with a postive outlook and friendly disposition to represent Brooklyn Aces Hockey both in the community and at the games for the upcoming season.
Our Dance Team is an integral part of the Brooklyn Aces organization. Dancers will be on the ice and the beginning of the game to welcome the players and get the crowd roaring. They'll do intermission shows and be required to perform up and down the aisles every time the whistle blows, interact with fans and participate in community service projects. W're looking for girls who know how to dance, who have good energy, and can smile non-stop for three hours a night.
"Being a member of our team is a unique opportunity. It is not only a lot of fun, but ig gives you an opportunity to be a role model to girls that attend the games and to give back to our community. We are looking for young women who are more than just performers," said Dance Team Coordinator Jessica Russell.
Where: The Aviator Sports & Recreation Complex, Floy Bennett Field, Brooklyn, NY
When: Saturday September 20 from 11:00am -- 3:00pm (Registration begins at 10am sharp)
Visit us at Aviator Sports & Recreation Complex on September 5th from 1:30pm - 4:30pm and September 5th from 11:00am - 4:00pm to sign up for Auditions during our Pro Player Prospect Camp or visit us at www.brooklynaces.com to obtain an application. With your application, you must submit a resume, picture, and $25 application fee. Members of the 2008-2009 Brooklyn Aces Promotional Dance Team will be announced on September 27th.
All hopefuls are asked to wear proper dance attire and please bring a photo I.D., snacks, and plenty of water!
