Alexandria Aces News Release
The Alexandria Aces Community Baseball, LLC (The "Partnership"), d/b/a Alexandria Aces Professional Baseball is offering partnership units at $20 per unit for ownership rights into the partnership to keep professional baseball in Alexandria.
It is estimated that $250,000 is needed to be able to start and complete the 2004 baseball season, along with a $150,000 letter of credit.
One unit ($20) will only be one (1) vote of a potential 52,000 units. If the franchise rights are secured and attained, each owner will receive a unit share certificate at a later date.
There will be a Board of Directors chosen to help direct the Partnership. A General Manager will be named to conduct the day-to-day operations of the Partnership.
If the Partnership is unable to produce and keep professional baseball in Alexandria for 2004, partnership monies will be returned, less appropriate expenses. It is imperative that any money that is contributed includes: name, signature (parental approval for children under 18), address, phone number, Social Security Number (SS#), and age (if under 18).
