Aces Host Triple-A National Championship Watch Party

RENO, Nev.- The Reno Aces are inviting fans to the Freight House District Tuesday, as the Aces battle the Pawtucket Red Sox of the International League for Reno's first-ever Triple-A championship title.

With a win over the Storm Chasers in Omaha Saturday night, Reno secured a franchise-first Pacific Coast League Championship title.

The Freight House District will open at 3 p.m. Tuesday. The game will be shown on the televisions in Duffy's, and happy hour specials will run for the duration of the evening. Fans can enjoy half-price pizzas, $2 Coors Light drafts and $2 margaritas.

Trevor Bauer-rated as the No. 6 prospect in all of professional baseball by MLB.com-will get the start for the Aces Tuesday night. Bauer, who saw time at the Double-A, Triple-A and Major League levels this year, compiled a 5-1 record with a 2.85 ERA across 14 starts for the Aces this season. He earned the win in Game One of the Pacific Conference Championship series in Sacramento, as well as Game One of the Pacific Coast League Championship series in front of the hometown crowd last Tuesday.

First pitch is set for 4:05 p.m. PT at Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham, NC.
