Aces Announce Conference Finals Series Schedule

Games One and Two of the Western Conference Finals will take place on Wednesday, April 27 and Thursday, April 28 at the Sullivan Arena, the Aces and ECHL announced on Saturday. The top-seeded Alaska Aces will face the seventh-seeded Victoria Salmon Kings in the best-of-seven series. The Aces swept the Idaho Steelheads to advance to the conference finals, while Victoria swept the Utah Grizzlies, following an opening-round upset of the Bakersfield Condors. The series will begin with two games in Anchorage, before shifting to Victoria for the next three games. If necessary, the teams will return to Anchorage to finish the series at Sullivan Arena on Saturday, May 7 and Sunday, May 8. The winner will advance to the 2011 Kelly Cup Finals where they will face the Eastern Conference Champion.
