1. Where are you currently going to school?

I am currently taking online courses through Arizona State University.

2. What program/classes are you taking?

I am taking Microeconomics and working towards my degree in Business (Business Administration).

3. How do you balance the time commitment required to be successful on the ice and in the classroom?

I try to take advantage of the study sessions with the Greyhounds academic advisors after practice during the week so that I can focus on games on weekends.

4. How do you make up for time out of the classroom (ie. road trips)?

I try to stay a step ahead on my assignments so that if we do have a busy week I won't fall behind.

5. What importance does the coaching staff place on academic success?

I believe they value it a lot as being able to manage taking courses while playing major junior hockey shows hard work and responsibility.

6. You were a co-recipient of the Soo Greyhounds Scholastic Player of the Year award last season, what does winning this award mean to you?

I was happy to be a co-recipient of the Scholastic Player of the Year award. Getting my degree is an achievement I am working towards by taking classes during the season and in the summer.

7. What advice/tips do you have for young fans out there who dream of one day playing in the OHL.

I think it is important to put yourself in an environment where it is fun to work hard and compete. I think doing so can help you develop and build a mindset of training hard every time you get an opportunity to do so.
