ABA All Access Radio details announced
August 3, 2006 - American Basketball Association (ABA) News Release
Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Associations (ABA) new radio show debuts Saturday on www.abalive.com at 3pm est. Called "ABA All Access Radio," the one-hour show is being produced by AudioSportsOnLine, an audio/video broadcast streaming company based in Indianapolis that offers low-cost webcasting on the internet to sports teams and leagues.
AudioSportsOnline is working with the ABA to offer a streaming discount to ABA league teams as well as producing the league's premiere radio show. Hopefully this season, many ABA teams will have the opportunity to avail themselves of live audio broadcasts, a recorded archived Podcast on an included Broadcast Page as well as logos and links of all team sponsors. Four ABA teams used AudioSportsOnline.com last season and several more have already committed for the upcoming season.
AudioSportsOnline.com is owned and operated by founder Jason Dozier and partner Robby Kendall. Dozier and Kendall will be the hosts of the new show starting Saturday.
"We're very excited to work so closely with a league the size of the ABA," Dozier said. "Our experience last season with the ABA offers a perfect example of our ability to customize and adapt quickly to changes in scheduling as well as providing good inside information about the league and the teams. This is like a commercial. If any teams are interested, please contact us at 317 362 0077 or visit www.audiosportsonline.com or email dozier@audiosportsonline.com - or visit www.abalive.com - and be sure to listen to the new show on Saturday."
Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams. For information on professional minor leagues, please see OSC's basketball section.
