South Georgia Wildcats News Release

More than just a football game will be on hand Saturday night, in Fayetteville, NC, when the Florida Firecats and the Cape Fear Wildcats face off for the American Conference Championship and a right to play for the ArenaCup.

Two identical twin brothers have waged a bet pending on the outcome of the game. John Perusek, from Fort Bragg, NC, is an avid Wildcats fan and devoted season ticket holder. His brother Justin, from Fort Myers, Fl, is a Firecats season ticket holder and bleeds purple and red.

If the Wildcats win the game Justin will have to present five pounds of Florida oranges to Wildcats General Manager Wilbur Christy. If the Firecats win John will have to present five pounds of North Carolina premium barbeque to Firecats General Manager Chris Vallozi.

Another bet has been waged as well; Wildcat's Director of Marketing Skip Carr has challenged Media Relations Director Thom Abraham to a friendly wager, using five pounds of Carolina's finest barbeque ribs from Cape Fear BBQ as the bait. Abraham accepted the the challenge, putting up five pounds of Southwest Florida's famous Blue Crab, from Pincher's Crab Shack.

Kick off is set for 7:30 pm at the Cumberland County Crown Coliseum. For more information contact Phil Davanzo at 910-222-9453 or visit www.catsfootball.com.
