The Indiana Pacers announced Wednesday that 6-11 rookie center Shayne Whittington has been assigned to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA Development League. Whittington has played in 20 games for the Pacers this season with averages of 2.9 points and 1.5 rebounds per game.
