Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
(Allentown, PA) - The Lehigh Valley IronPigs have introduced secondary All-Star Game logos, marks for the 2010 Triple-A Home Run Derby and Pigapalooza Fan Fest and designs for the official All-Star Game jerseys, batting practice tops and official outerwear. All-Star merchandise will be available beginning the week of April 5 and is now available for pre-order by calling (610) 841-PIGS, at ironpigsbaseball.com or by visiting The Majestic Clubhouse Store.
The 2010 Triple-A All-Star Game marks the first time that league-specific uniforms will be worn by respective All-Stars in either Triple-A or the Major Leagues. The authentic jerseys also utilize Majestic's revolutionary Cool Base(tm) technology that include both moisture management and player control to keep the wearer cool, dry and comfortable. These jerseys have never been worn on-field in a Minor League game.
"The 2010 Triple-A All-Star Game at Coca-Cola Park is the perfect venue for Majestic Athletic to unveil these first-ever, league-specific jerseys that highlight both the International League and the Pacific Coast League," remarked Stephen Roche, Director of MLB Club Outfitting and Concession Sales for Majestic Athletic. "Majestic Athletic is proud to have such a strong partnership with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs and we believe that these one-of-a-kind on-field jerseys, batting practice tops and tech fleeces will offer the players and fans the most authentic All-Star experience possible."
Added IronPigs General Manager Kurt Landes: "The IronPigs take pride in being part of the fabric of our community, so we are excited that our partners at Majestic Athletic chose to unveil these one-of-a-kind uniforms with our one-of-a-kind product... Truly a perfect mesh!"
The official International League All-Star Game jersey features "International" arched across the chest in the riveted, capped IronPigs-style font. The letters appear in 'IronPigs Steel' trimmed in white with a Furnace Blue drop-shadow and Brick Red outline. The jersey is white with Brick Red side insets and incorporates the 2010 Triple-A All-Star Game logo on the left sleeve. The official Pacific Coast League All-Star jersey is grey with Furnace Blue side inserts and includes "Pacific Coast" in Brick Red arched across the chest. Both jerseys' lettering include the regionally popular Moravian Star (Star Emblem) while honoring Lehigh Valley's role in producing much of the steel that built America
The two batting practice jerseys - available in either Furnace Blue or Brick Red - are 100% micro polyester and also utilize Majestic's Cool Base(tm) technology and feature "All-Star" across the chest and include the official 2010 Triple-A All-Star Logo on the right sleeve. Similarly to the official game uniforms, the batting practice tops include a variation of the Moravian Star (Star Emblem) in the jersey's lettering. Both of the jerseys also include the IronPigs' official colors of Brick Red, Furnace Blue and IronPigs Steel.
The two official All-Star Game Therma Base(tm) tech fleeces - also available in either Furnace Blue or Brick Red -- insulate while providing temperature control and breathability for optimum comfort during all seasons. The newly-introduced secondary "stacked" All-Star logo is highlighted near the neckline of both pieces. Both All-Star tech fleeces also include new rib inserts for added comfort and ease of movement.
Official All-Star Game jerseys are priced at $180 and available in adult sizes only. The batting practice jerseys are $95 for adult sizes and $55 for youth. Personalized batting practice jerseys are also available for an additional $20. The All-Star fleeces are available in both adult and youth sizes for $65 and $55, respectively. These newly-introduced All-Star items are available for either pick-up or delivery beginning the week of April 5. All 2010 Triple-A All-Star merchandise is available in limited quantities and only while supplies last.

The secondary "stacked" All-Star Game logo continues to incorporate the riveted, capped IronPigs-style font in a lettering-only style. The Home Run Derby and Pigapalooza Fan Fest logos are both similar to the primary 2010 Triple-A All-Star Game logo and include the IronPigs "Pig Head" logo along with the "Star Emblem" logo and these marks also include the team's official colors of Brick Red, Furnace Blue and IronPigs Steel.
