GARY, Ind. - The flagship home of Gary SouthShore RailCats baseball, 89.1 FM, The Lakeshore, will broadcast every pitch of Wednesday night's Northern League-Golden League All-Star Game from Hi Corbett Field in Tucson, Ariz., beginning at 9 p.m.
For the first time, the Northern League and Golden League's best will square off, and the 'Cats will be represented by three-time All-Star Willie Glen and league saves leader Andy Shipman. Wednesday's game will be hosted by the Golden League's Tucson Toros, who will provide the broadcast coverage.
Since 2009, 89.1 FM, The Lakeshore, has been the exclusive Northwest Indiana home of RailCats baseball. The Voice of Northwest Indiana, 89.1 FM is also the home of live Purdue University and Indiana University sports, the Indianapolis 500, Brickyard 500 and more.
