Thursday, June 23, 2022, will be the Exact Date 25 Years Ago when the first game was played at Volcanoes Stadium.

You're Invited to be Our Guest - FREE

As one of our fans, from our first few seasons, we would like invite you back to the Stadium for this Celebration and provide you a pair of complimentary tickets.

Events Planned

~ Salem-Keizer Volcanoes will play the Portland Mavericks Thursday, June 23, 2022, at Volcanoes Stadium. Game Time 6:35pm ~ Gates Open 5:30pm

~ Arrive Early - 1st 500 fans will receive a special 25th Anniversary Gift

~ The Volcanoes will be wearing a customized 25th Anniversary Jersey with the names of 114 players that have played for the Volcanoes that went on to play in the Major Leagues!

~ Special Guest, Ryan Jensen , who threw the first pitch at Volcanoes Stadium on June 23, 1997, will return and throw out the first pitch 25 years later. Ryan went onto a career in the Big Leagues and will be signing free autographs beginning at 5:30pm.

~ A bronze plaque will be unveiled on the Main Stadium Concourse to honor the memory of Mayor Dennis Koho whose steadfast support made the Stadium a reality. Dennis' widow, Lori, will be on hand for the ceremony.

~ Rick Nelson, long-time President of Volcanoes Stadium operations (who retired after the 2018 season) and a driving force in the on-time, on-budget building of Volcanoes Stadium will also be in attendance.
