
2019 Canton Charge Local Tryout Set

CANTON, OH - The Canton Charge, powered by the Cleveland Cavaliers, announced the team's 2019 local tryout will take place on Saturday, September 14th, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at North Canton Hoover High School (2099, 525 7th St NE, North Canton, OH 44720). The tryout is open to the first 90 participants who complete the entire registration process on a first come, first serve basis.
Coaches from the Charge and Cavs will lead participants through drills designed to test conditioning, core skills and basketball acumen. Players will also be broken up into smaller groups for game simulated play and extended evaluation throughout the three hour session. Those who compete in the tryout are eligible to earn a direct invite to Charge training camp this fall without having to declare for the 2019 NBA G League Draft. There is no minimum and a maximum of four training camp invites that can be offered from local tryouts. Participants can complete the entire registration process online here.
