Sussex, NJ - Spring hasn't quite sprung yet, but the Sussex Skyhawks are ready to let fans know what nights to put on reserve for home games in 2007. This season, the Skyhawks will continue to deliver a fun experience for the whole family by providing exciting professional baseball at an affordable price. In addition, the Skyhawks have planned a wealth of exciting events, giveaways, and more promotions than ever before!
Due to the enormous success of last season's fireworks shows, all of which were sold out, this year's fireworks show schedule includes 9 phenomenal shows for fans to enjoy! To guarantee seats for these shows, onlookers can purchase season tickets, a 25- game package, or a 12-game mini package. To reserve tickets, call the Skyhawks box office at (973) 300-1000.
In addition to this exciting announcement, Skyhawks Manager Ben Wittkowski has also announced that fans will no longer be charged for parking during games. "Our goal is to create a fun, fan-friendly experience," says Wittkowski. "By taking away the parking fee, we hope to speed up the process of getting people into the stadium for the games, as well as showing our fans how much we want, and appreciate them coming out."
As part of the independent Can-Am league, the Skyhawks will host 52 exciting games against the Brockton Rox, Nashua Pride, New Haven Cutters, New Jersey Jackals, North Shore Spirit, Les Capitales de Quebec, the Worcester Tornadoes, and the newest members of the Can-Am League, the Atlantic City Surf and the Can-Am Grays road team. Standard game times are 7:05 p.m. Monday through Friday, 5:05 p.m. on Saturdays and 2:05 p.m. on Sundays. For more information, log on to www.sussexskyhawks.com.
