RUSSELL ATHLETIC OFFENSIVE PLAYERS OF THE WEEK

Arkansas Twister quarterback Kyle Rowley (6-0, 205, Brown), in his sixth af2 campaign and wide receiver Rod Harper (6-1, 205, Murray State), in his first af2 season, both had impressive outings in Arkansas' 82-59 road win in Week 10 at Corpus Christi. Rowley threw a career-high 10 touchdown passes against the Sharks. The Brown alum also completed 24-of-30 passes (80 percent) for 407 yards with just one interception. Rowley is the only af2 quarterback to throw for 400 or more yards on two separate occasions this season. The veteran signal caller also had one touchdown run. The majority of Rowley's scoring passes on Saturday went to Harper as the Murray State alum set a Twisters single-game record with seven touchdown catches. He finished the night with 14 receptions for 275 yards, another team record. His 275 yards receiving also tied the third highest single-game total in league history. Rowley leads the league in passing yards (2,808), ranks second in touchdown passes (60) and is fifth overall in passer rating (121.1). Harper currently leads the af2 in a number of categories, including scoring (228 points), total touchdowns (38) and receiving touchdowns (38). He is also tied for the league lead in receptions (107) and ranks second in receiving yards (1,375). The Twisters lead the Southwest Division at 7-2. The Arkansas Twisters will be back at the Alltel Arena this Saturday to take on AF2 rival Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz.
