April 28, 2026 - EVANSVILLE, Ind. - The Evansville Otters have put the final touches on the 2026 Spring Training roster with the re-signings of catcher Logan Brown and left-handed-pitcher Grif Hughes.
Logan Brown, an Evansville native, is back for his third professional season in Evansville and ninth season of professional baseball. After attending Mt. Vernon High School, Brown attended the University of Southern Indiana. While at USI, he helped lead the Screaming Eagles to the NCAA Division II World Series in 2016 and 2018.

"One of our main focuses this year was to connect with the community of Evansville," Otters General Manager Trevor Lakins said. "We are proud to bring fans locally made bread and ice cream every single night this season at Bosse Field."

April 20, 2026 - EVANSVILLE, Ind. - The Evansville Otters are excited to announce that right-handed pitcher Nick McAuliffe has had his contract acquired by the Minnesota Twins.
McAuliffe, from Phillipsburg, N.J., opened his professional career last year, playing two games for the Sioux City Explorers of the American Association before being traded to Evansville. After the contract purchases of Nate Wohlgemuth and Grif Hughes, McAuliffe became the go-to arm at the back end of bullpen.

April 14, 2026 - EVANSVILLE, Ind. - The Evansville Otters are excited to announce the signings of right-handed pitchers Jeremy Adorno, Austin Aldeano, Andrew Garcia and Ben Petschke.
Jeremy Adorno joins the Otters for his first year of pro ball. Adorno got his baseball start in Hillsboro, TX. As a freshman in college at Southern Arkansas, he posted a 15-0 year with a 2.83 ERA. Over his four years with Southern Arkansas, Adorno struck out 461 batters, while only walking 180. He finished his career with a record of 35-11 and an ERA of 3.55.... Full Story
