April 15, 2006 - Todd Grant's hat-trick led the Richmond RiverDogs to a 9-3 victory against the Missouri River Otters Saturday night in the season finale at the Family Arena. Jimmy Callahan made it 1-0 River Otters five minutes into the first period with a power play goal. The RiverDogs responded with a goal of their own eight minutes later on a Bobby Kukulka breakaway to tie the score at one. April 14, 2006 - Jason Deitsch scored two goals as the Kalamazoo Wings locked up the number one seed in the UHL playoffs with a 5-2 victory Friday night against the Missouri River Otters at the Family Arena. April 12, 2006 - Despite tying the game in the final minute of regulation, the Missouri River Otters suffered a 4-3 shootout defeat at the hands of the Fort Wayne Komets Wednesday night at the Family Arena. The River Otters struck first when Blake Stewart took a great pass from Lars Pettersen and buried a high wrister above the outstretched glove of Kevin St. Pierre. Wogtech Nets First Shutout In River Otters 2-0 Victory Versus Vipers

April 8, 2006 - Corey Wogtech recorded his first professional shutout as the River Otters dominated the Roanoke Valley Vipers 2-0 Saturday night at the Roanoke Civic Center. After a scoreless first period, the River Otters broke through in the second period when Lars Pettersen steamed up the left wing and buried a top-shelf slap-shot to give his squad a 1-0 lead.
