February 20, 2026 - In their first ever meeting with the Penticton Vees, the Wheat Kings got a remarkable goaltending performance from Filip Ruzicka. As their goaltender stood on his head, the 20-year-olds repaid their netminder with offense at the other end.
Grayson Burzynski, Nicholas Johnson, Luke Mistelbacher, and Jimmy Egan all scored and Ruzicka was outstanding with 47 saves as the Wheat Kings beat the Vees 4-0.

February 16, 2026 - For the fourth game in a row, a banged-up Wheat Kings squad had to gut out a close win over a division rival. And for the fourth game in a row, they found a way.
Luke Mistelbacher, Prabh Bhathal, and Jordan Gavin all scored, and Jayden Kraus turned aside 30 of 32 shots he faced in a 3-2 win. Jaxon Jacobson picked up three primary assists in the victory.

February 14, 2026 - The Brandon Wheat Kings have demonstrated their ability to close games out in overtime, and as such haven't had to be as busy in the shootout. In both their shootouts this season, however, Filip Ruzicka has been unbeatable.
Ruzicka made 24 saves and stopped all three shooters he faced in the shootout as the Wheat Kings beat the Broncos 4-3. Grayson Burzynski, Jaxon Jacobson, and Cameron Allard all scored for Brandon. Ruzicka stopped a penalty shot in the second period for good measure.

February 13, 2026 - Emotions will be high between the Brandon Wheat Kings and Prince Albert Raiders at the best of times, but in their final meeting of the season, emotions reached a fever pitch.
Jaxon Jacobson scored the game winning goal, and Luke Mistelbacher, Nicholas Johnson, and Gunnar Gleasman also scored as the Wheat Kings beat the Raiders 4-3. Jayden Kraus turned in another strong performance with 32 saves.
