February 7, 2026 - With the deck stacked against them, the Wheat Kings showed no quit against the Eastern Conference-leading Prince Albert Raiders. Jacobson's Hat Trick Not Enough as Injury-Ravaged Wheat Kings Fall to Hitmen

February 6, 2026 - There was a wild emotional high for the Brandon Wheat Kings in the third period against the Calgary Hitmen as local boy Jaxon Jacobson completed the hat trick. From there, however, the emotional heights belonged to the Hitmen. Jacobson scored three times, and Luke Mistelbacher added another but the Wheat Kings fell 5-4 to Calgary. February 6, 2026 - Brandon, Manitoba - The Brandon Wheat Kings Hockey Club is pleased to announce the signing of Brett Wilson, captain of the Okotoks Oilers. Wilson, a 5-foot-8 forward from Calgary, Alberta, brings four seasons of junior experience after spending the past four years with the Okotoks Oilers organization in the BCHL/AJHL.
