Wheat Kings Fall in Road Trip Finale in Spokane

January 31, 2026 - Whether they hit the wall at the end of the road trip or not, the Wheat Kings weren't able to wrestle a fifth win on the road swing out of Spokane against the Chiefs. Jayden Kraus came in to relieve Filip Ruzicka in the first period of what proved to be a 4-0 Wheat Kings loss. "I just thought we were really light on pucks," said Wheat Kings head coach and GM Marty Murray. Wheat Kings Steamroll Americans in Penultimate U.S. Game

January 30, 2026 - Against a tough defensive opponent, an ultra-capable young goaltender, and a gruelling road schedule, the Brandon Wheat Kings flexed their offensive muscles and turned in one of their best performances of the season. Giorgos Pantelas and Brady Turko scored twice each, and Joby Baumuller, Jordan Gavin, and Prabh Bhathal all scored as well as the Wheat Kings beat the Tri-City Americans 7-1. Wheat Kings' Offense Steers Them to Bounceback Win in Wenatchee

January 29, 2026 - For the second time on the road trip, the Wheat Kings came into the second of a back-to-back needing a bounce back. And for the second time, they got one. Joby Baumuller and Luke Mistelbacher scored twice each and Gunnar Gleasman and Brady Turko also scored as the Wheat Kings downed Wenatchee 6-3. Jayden Kraus stopped 30 shots in the win.
