Colorado ICE Win Again 42 - 38

Loveland, CO- The Colorado ICE beat the Sioux City Bandits in a back and forth game which came down to the last two minutes. The ICE defense stopped the Bandits on the two yard line giving the ball back to the ICE with 21 seconds left on the clock, which the ICE ran off securing the win. After losing to the Bandits twice this season the ICE came out strong and avoided a three game sweep.

David Knighton (5) threw for four touchdowns hitting Lemans Casimier (3) for two passing touchdowns and connected once with Cory Sleeth (4) and Bobby Purify (13) for touchdowns. Purify and Casimier also had rushing touchdowns.

The Colorado ICE defense stuck it to the Bandits with Corey Sample (9) and Yaniv Barnett (91) getting sacks. Barnett's sack came at a crucial time in the Bandits fourth quarter push to try and win the game. Defensive Back Idly Etienne (43) led the ICE defense with 10 tackles (6 unassisted).

The ICE will see action next on Saturday, June 5th at 7:00pm versus the Sioux Falls Storm. This is the last home game for the ICE and is Fan Appreciation night.
