Sioux Falls, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm are thrilled to welcome back wide receiver Korey Williams for the 2016 Indoor Football League (IFL) season.
Williams (5'11, 185lbs) joins the Storm for his second season as a member of the IFL. During the 2012 season with the Storm, Korey accumulated 1,329 all-purpose yards and 18 touchdowns in 10 games. He has also spent time with the Omaha Beef, Saskatchewan Roughriders and the BC Lions.
Korey played collegiately at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. During his sophomore season, Williams caught 50 passes for 771 yards, averaged 15.4 yards per catch and 70.1 yards per game while scoring seven touchdowns. He was also a First-Team All-Conference receiver.
"There is not a more positive or hard working individual in football" said Head Coach Kurtiss Riggs. "We are fortunate to have Korey making Sioux Falls home as he will truly impact our community in more ways than just football."
Korey is currently living in Sioux Falls and working at Modern Woodmen Insurance and Financial Advising.
