Drive Hosts Buckets First Birthday Party

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - Mar. 17, 2015 - The Grand Rapids Drive partner with Experience GR to host Buckets First Birthday Party at the DeltaPlex Arena on Sun, Mar. 22 at 2:30 PM. This event will be a party honoring the Drive mascot Buckets and his closets mascot friends from the West Michigan area. The party starts rockin just prior to the game, where the Drive will host the Erie Bayhawks for the first time this season. Tip-off for the game is at 4 PM.
Buckets Birthday Party will take place on the upper-level party deck, in the Metro Health Kidz Zone prior to the Drive game and welcomes kids of all ages. Griff from the Griffins, Louie the Laker from GVSU, Blazin Bill from Buffalo Wild Wings, The Toothfairy from Woodmeadow Dentistry and Grizz from Oakland University are just a few of Buckets' mascot friends that will be in attendance.
By purchasing a ticket to Buckets' Birthday Party, each attendee will receive a private meet-and-greet with Buckets and his mascot friends, participation in fun games and activities in the Metro Health Kidz Zone, a delicious Buckets Birthday Cookie from Marge's Bakery and a Drive Gift Bag full of Drive goodies. Once the birthday party is over, attendees will be able to attend the Drive basketball game where Buckets and his mascot friends will have a special halftime performance for everyone.
