ATLANTA,GA -----The Atlanta Hawks have assigned forward/centerMike Muscala to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA Development League, it wasannounced today by Head Coach Mike Budenholzer.
In five contests with Fort Wayne this season (4-1record), he is putting up 14.4 points, 8.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.2 blocksin 29.8 minutes (.509 FG%, .857 FT%).
Muscala has appeared in 20 games (one start) withthe Hawks this season, averaging 3.6 points and 2.1 rebounds in 8.4 minutes (.508FG%, .917 FT%). In last night's win at Miami, he compiled a career-high tying fourblocked shots to go along with five points in 16 minutes.
