Birmingham, AL - The Birmingham Barons and Jacksonville Suns had to wait 24 hours to finish their suspended game from Sunday but the Suns prevailing by a score of 7-2 in front of fans at Regions Field.

The Suns jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the first on a mammoth leadoff home run by Jake Marisnick. The Barons would answer in the bottom half of the inning when Keenyn Walker doubled, stole third base and scored on an RBI double by Andy Wilkins.

Miguel Gonzalez would collect his 2nd home run, landing one in the home run porch in the 8th.
