VANCOUVER, BC - The National Hockey League Players' Association (NHLPA) announced that Vancouver Giants' prospects, Tyler Benson, Ryely McKinstry, and Ryan Kubic have been invited to the third annual Allstate All-Canadians Mentorship Camp, which will be held at the Hershey Centre in Mississauga, ON from August 6th to 10th 2013.

Benson was selected first overall by the Giants in the 2013 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft. The 5'11" forward broke records in the Alberta Major Bantam Hockey League, registering 146 points (57 goals, 89 assists) in 33 games with the Southside Athletic Club Southside Lions. Benson and the SSAC Southside Lions won the Western Canadian Bantam AAA Championship this past season.

McKinstry, a product of Calgary, was drafted in the second round, 23rd overall by the Giants. The defenceman played 29 games for the Calgary Bisons Bantam AAA of the Alberta Major Bantam Hockey League and tallied 9 goals and 27 assists for a total of 3 points.

Kubic was selected 39th overall by the Giants in the 2013 WHL Bantam Draft. The 5'11", 153lbs goalie played for the Hawks Bantam 1 and finished the season with a 1.31 GAA and a .941 Save Percentage in 24 games.

Giants' players who have been invited to the Allstate All-Canadians Mentorship Camp in the past include Ty Ronning in 2012 and Payton Lee in 2011.

Players attending the five-day Allstate All-Canadians Mentorship Camp will learn the necessary steps to support budding hockey skills through fundamental factors including appropriate nutrition, fitness, on-ice training and mental skills - the four pillars of hockey development identified by the NHLPA's Allstate All-Canadians Mentorship Program.

The intensive five-day camp will conclude with the Allstate All-Canadians Mentorship Cup - an inter-squad exhibition game - on Saturday, August 10th at 10AM PST, broadcast on TSN.
