Saskatoon Blades News Release
The big day has finally arrived hockey fans!
Tonight is the final game of the 2013 MasterCard Memorial Cup in Saskatoon as the QMJHL Champion Halifax Mooseheads take on the WHL Champion Portland Winterhawks!
These teams have already met once in the event, with the Mooseheads taking home a 7-4 win last Saturday night over the Winterhawks. Tonight's game is also another meeting between the "big 3", in Seth Jones, Nathan MacKinnon and Jonathan Drouin. The three stars are expected to be the first three players picked in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft and it's an extremely rare sight to see them all on the ice at the same time together in a game situation.
