Midland RockHounds News Release
Brett Anderson is scheduled to make a re-hab start for the RockHounds on Sunday (at San Antonio). The Oakland A's left-hander was a member of the 2008 RockHounds and was born in Midland (during the time his dad, Frank, was coaching at Howard College in Big Spring).
Anderson made six starts for the RockHounds in 2008 and was a member of the silver medal winning USA Olympic baseball team that season. The lefthander struggled early this season before being placed on the DL with an ankle injury.
The RockHounds continue their current eight game home stand with a 2:05 PM series finale with the Missions and then head to Frisco to start another four game series on Monday.
