Single-Game Tickets to Go on Sale at KeysFestFebruary 11, 2013 - Carolina League (CarL) Frederick Keys
The Keys have partnered with family website Tots2Tweens.com to host the organization's Fourth Annual Egg Hunt during KeysFest and the first 500 families in the stadium will receive goodie bags from Tots2Tweens loaded with coupons, deals, samples and more. Egg hunters will also have the opportunity to take photos with "The Bunny." All in attendance can enter to win a weekend for four at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and enjoy the rest of the festivities at Frederick's yearly fan fest.
"We are so excited to be partnering with the Frederick Keys for our Fourth Annual Egg Hunt," said Dani Gurrie, founder of Tots2Tweens.com. "Co-hosting the event during KeysFest made perfect sense and it's always great to work with an organization who is 100 percent dedicated to bringing free fun to area families. This is a tough time for families and Tots2Tweens and the Frederick Keys both believe strongly that providing a venue for families to come out and have a great time together and not break the budget is a top priority."
Ticket plans and single-game tickets and a special opening-weekend package will be on sale at the stadium box office during KeysFest, which takes place just six days before the Keys open the season at The Grove on Friday, April 5. Stadium tours will also be given during the event.
Rides and games in the Keys' Fun Zone will be made free to all fans, who can also play catch on the field, spin and win at the Wheel of Fun, hang out with Keys mascots Keyote and Frank Key, get their faces painted, draw at the Keys coloring station, and have their picture taken and put on a baseball card.
A few lucky fans will also have the opportunity to be part of a Keys radio commercial.
Fans can snack on free popcorn while at the stadium and Buffalo Wild Wings representatives will be handing out free food samples. Other food and drink options will be available for purchase and beer and wine will also be sold.
National anthem auditions for the 2013 season will also be held at KeysFest. Any interested performers must register before the event and can do so by downloading the registration form from the Keys' website, frederickkeys.com, or by emailing Bridget McCabe at email@example.com.
