Game Worn Jerseys Available in Chiefs Care Auction Saturday

The Spokane Chiefs have announced that game worn Tyler Johnson and Michael Grabner Chiefs' jerseys will be a part of a silent auction to help benefit Chiefs Care at Saturday night's Coca-Cola Boomer Bobble Head Night in the Spokane Arena.
Johnson is currently in his second season as a professional and will play in Monday's American Hockey League All-Star Game. Johnson played four seasons in Spokane and was named the Western Conference Player of the Year in 2011. He is currently playing for the Syracuse Crunch, the AHL affiliate of the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning.
Grabner is in his third season with the New York Islanders of the NHL. After scoring 34 goals two seasons ago he was named a finalist for the NHL's Calder Trophy for the league's top rookie. In three seasons in Spokane, Grabner scored 88 goals, including a team high 39 in 2006-07.
Other items in the silent auction include a game worn Corbin Baldwin breast cancer awareness jersey and a signed Mike Babcock Spokane Chiefs jersey.
All proceeds from the auction will go to benefit Chiefs Care which is committed to helping raise money for the continuing education of Chiefs' players as well as serving the Spokane community through donations and appearances.
Saturday night the Chiefs will host the Medicine Hat Tigers on Coca-Cola's Boomer the Bear Bobble Head Giveaway Night presented by The Big 99.9 Coyote Country and 700 ESPN Radio.
The first 2,000 fans through the gates and all full season ticket holders in attendance will receive a 7" Boomer the Bear Bobble Head.
