
Milwaukee Bucks Assign Rookie Doron Lamb to NBA D-League Affiliate Fort Wayne Mad Ants

NEW YORK, Jan. 12, 2013 - The Milwaukee Bucks today assigned rookie guard Doron Lamb to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, the Bucks' NBA Development League affiliate. The assignment is the record 103rd of the 2012-13 NBA and NBA D-League seasons and is the first for Lamb of his career. He is the record 50th NBA player to have been assigned to the NBA D-League this season.
Lamb (6-4, 210, Kentucky) has appeared in 23 games for the Bucks this season, averaging 3.4 points and 12.2 minutes and scoring a season-high eight points on four occasions.
Originally selected in the second round (42nd overall) of the 2012 NBA Draft, Lamb spent two years as a Wildcat, averaging 13.1 points and 29.8 minutes in 70 career NCAA games.
Lamb is expected to join the Mad Ants today and be available when the team travels to play the Erie BayHawks tonight at 7 p.m. ET.
